A local contact for your non-resident owners, who answers when there's a leak, a special assessment or an inspection.
Tax advisors and gestorías
Your non-resident clients already file their Modelo 210 with you. We take care of the home.
Contractors and building staff
If you get an emergency call about an empty apartment, send us the contact. By WhatsApp, no forms.
Agents and international advisors
Your client just bought in Barcelona. We take care of the home starting the day after closing. We're not a brokerage and don't handle sales.
