How We Structure Our Partnerships

Our capital partnerships are built on a single principle: our interests and yours should be identical. We achieve this through a Profit Participating Loan, a structure in which you as the capital partner earn a guaranteed fixed return plus a share of development profits. We provide the development expertise and take no management fees. Our return comes solely from project performance.

This structure means we are motivated in exactly the same direction as our partners: to execute well, to exit at the best possible price, and to do it again.
