With over 16 years advising ultra-high-net-worth clients, Andrada brings a well-rounded perspective on Barcelona’s residential and hospitality markets. She has advised on more than €600 million in property deals, working with international buyers and family offices seeking thoughtfully chosen assets in one of Europe’s most dynamic cities.
Her experience spans high-end homes, restored historical properties, and boutique hotel transactions, always with a focus on design, location, and long-term value. Known for her discretion and eye for quality, Andrada has a particular talent for blending historic charm with modern elegance. She brings a nuanced understanding of what today’s buyers want, and what tomorrow’s value looks like.
Miles Graham
Miles brings over 25 years of experience in private equity, with more than €4 billion in global transactions across a wide range of sectors. As a former operating partner at a €12.5 billion fund, he has led complex investments from strategy through to execution, consistently focused on long-term value creation.
Alongside his institutional career, Miles has spent more than a decade investing in real estate, both as a developer and a long-term landlord. At Zaest, he combines financial discipline with a passion for high-quality design, ensuring that every project is both creatively ambitious and commercially grounded. His experience acts as a counterweight to intuition, helping the firm strike a rare balance between bold ideas and smart investment strategy.
