Cigne is a penthouse conversion in Gràcia, with completion scheduled for September 2026.

The project's value-add lay in unlocking what the apartment already had but could not use. The penthouse sat beneath a private terrace with no access point from the building or the apartment itself. Zaest carried out the structural works to change that: supporting the ceiling, opening the slab, and installing an internal staircase connecting the apartment to the terrace above. A stranded asset became the apartment's defining feature.

Zaest also pushed for the installation of an elevator in the building. Not a project Zaest managed directly, but one where Zaest's advocacy was the deciding factor. Lift connectivity and rooftop access together shift the unit's market position from well-located-but-ordinary to a top-floor home that can command a premium.
